Each person may hold only one 77pk account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances withheld pending review.
Funds deposited via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah are processed in PKR. Withdrawals are subject to verification of the same payment method used for the original deposit.
77pk reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold withdrawals where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion is detected. All decisions under this clause are final.

"77pk", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 77pk online gaming platform operated at https://77pk.org. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the platform in any capacity. "Account" means a registered 77pk user account. "Real Money Play" means any betting or gaming activity funded by deposited PKR or equivalent value. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits subject to wagering requirements.

2.3 You may hold only one 77pk account. Any attempt to create duplicate accounts — including under a different name, email address, or mobile number — will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any balances being withheld pending full investigation.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77pk login credentials. 77pk will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
3.2 You must notify 77pk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach.
3.3 77pk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.1 77pk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (at prevailing conversion rates). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are published in the platform cashier section.
4.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except where this is technically impossible, in which case an alternative method will be agreed between the user and the 77pk support team.
4.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and KYC completion. 77pk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where identity verification is outstanding or where suspicious activity is under review.
4.4 77pk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) may apply their own transaction charges outside of 77pk's control.
4.5 Deposits are for the purpose of real-money gaming only. 77pk is not a payment service or digital wallet. Deposits may not be made with the intention of holding funds without placing bets. Dormant balances may be subject to the terms outlined in Section 9.
5.1 All bets placed through 77pk are governed by the applicable game or sport-specific rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail for that particular product.
5.2 77pk reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error has occurred. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the user's account balance.
5.3 All casino games offered by 77pk are provided by independently certified third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 77pk does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes.
5.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
6.1 77pk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers at its discretion. All such offers are subject to specific promotion terms including wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements), time limits, minimum deposit thresholds, and game eligibility restrictions.
6.2 Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100% while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.
6.3 77pk reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of duplicate accounts or exploitation of technical errors, will be voided.
6.4 Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted under the specific promotion terms. Bonus eligibility is subject to the individual player's account standing and compliance history.
7.1 77pk operates a strict 18+ policy. Access to the platform by any person under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited. 77pk uses identity verification to enforce this restriction and will permanently close any account found to belong to an underage user, returning any deposited funds.

7.3 If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to use these tools proactively. 77pk can also implement a self-exclusion upon request from the account holder. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reactivated for a minimum cooling-off period.
8.1 You agree not to use the 77pk platform for any unlawful purpose including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities. 77pk is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
8.2 You agree not to defame, harass, or abuse 77pk staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel associated with the platform.
8.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 77pk complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 77pk makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for assessing their own legal position before registering.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 77pk may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts with a remaining balance after providing notice by email to the registered address. Where the balance reaches zero as a result of this fee, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in; the fee will cease to apply from the date of reactivation.
All content on the 77pk platform including logos, game assets, written content, design elements, and software is the intellectual property of 77pk or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of 77pk.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
11.2 77pk's total liability to any individual user in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
77pk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file or via a platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 77pk operates. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally through the 77pk support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
